How We Review
The checklist behind every platform we cover.
What we evaluate
Clinical process. Does a licensed clinician actually review each consultation, or is the "consultation" a checkout form? Does the screening ask about health history, current medications, and contraindications? Prescription treatment without real screening is a red flag we treat as disqualifying.
Pricing transparency. Whether costs are shown clearly before payment details are requested, and whether subscription terms and cancellation are stated plainly.
Fulfillment and privacy. Licensed-pharmacy dispensing, packaging discretion, and how the platform handles personal and health information.
Trade-offs, stated. Every recommendation we publish includes who the service is not right for. A page with no caveats is advertising pretending to be a review; ours carry the caveats even when a featured advertiser pays us referral fees.
What we don't do
We don't diagnose, prescribe, or give medical advice. We don't accept payment to remove honest caveats. We don't publish fabricated testimonials or invented statistics — where a page uses an illustrative scenario, it's labeled as one.
